About Shipston Bookfest:
The exciting book festival in the north Cotswolds, Shipston Bookfest brings the local community together to celebrate and cultivate a love of books and reading.
For publishers and literary agents:
We start shaping the programme in late winter each year and send out a pitch document to publishers. However, we always welcome submissions; please do contact us at info@shipstonbookfest.org if you represent someone you think would be good a fit for our festival.
For local authors:
Shipston Bookfest is proud to support local authors, illustrators and creatives. If you would like to be involved in this year's festival, please contact us at info@shipstonbookfest.org.
For sponsors:
As a not-for-profit, the Bookfest is possibly only through fundraising, ticket sales, and the generous support of sponsors. Interested in becoming a sponsor of Shipston Bookfest? Email us at info@shipstonbookfest.org to discuss the options and perks.
For volunteers:
Interested in volunteering to help run our events? Or maybe even join the committee? Get in touch with us at info@shipstonbookfest.org - we can't wait to hear from you!
About Shipston-on-Stour:
Shipston-on-Stour is a traditional market town nestled in the north Cotswolds. The town is regularly named by the national press as one of the best places to live in the UK, thanks to its ‘warm community spirit and a thriving centre’. With a population of c.10,000 people, the town and surrounding villages are home to many thriving local community groups and events that provide a diverse social calendar. As we enter our second year, we hope that the Bookfest becomes a regular feature in the town's social calendar as we work to build stronger communities around reading and books for all.
