Calling all book lovers!

A group of local residents are mobilising to launch Shipston's first ever book festival.

In its early stages of development, the festival is looking to appeal to all ages from those learning to read to avid readers! The plan is to create a festival showcasing the best of local talent and attracting well known authors, with an emphasis on participation, fun and learning.

Would you like to be involved? We'd love to hear from you if you can help in two main areas:

• Volunteering to participate, help organise and run the festival
• Sponsors willing to provide financial support
